Text of the declaration
“I confirm that I am acting in the course of my business and subscribe to WebOpen Sites for the purposes of that business. I acknowledge that I am responsible for complying with the legal, administrative, social, accounting and tax obligations applicable to my business.”
The box is never pre-ticked.
Tax consequence
The declaration is the basis on which the service is sold to you as a professional customer. Prices exclude VAT and the reverse-charge mechanism applies, as set out in the terms of sale.
No tax number is required; you may add it in your billing details.
Recorded evidence
We record the date and time of the declaration, its version and the version of the accepted terms of sale, linked to your account.
